Our resident Specialist Ophthalmologist, Drs Steyn provides eye care services at Hibiscus Hospital Port Shepstone and Hibiscus Hospital Scottburgh. The state-of-the-art Heidelberg OCT imaging system is on par with the services of retinal specialists from Durban.
Our comprehensive eye care services include:These include managing conditions such as retinal tears and detachments (either surgically or with laser), macula hole repair, epiretinal membrane peeling and macula pucker surgery as well as anti-VEGF treatment for wet age related macular degeneration (ARMD).
