To make your admission as easy as possible, please read the following admission procedures and take the opportunity to complete the relevant documentation prior to your admission.

Patient Admissions

General Admissions:

Please remember to bring your:
  • ID document;
  • Medical Aid Card;
  • Pre-authorisation number when admitted.

Private patients are requested to pay a deposit for their procedure on admission, and to settle their account in full upon discharge. Theatre patients are requested to please arrive early and to leave all valuables at home.


Maternity Ward:

  • Please pre-book well ahead of time so we can prepare for your delivery.
